You may remember the classic Pismo Beach Surf Shop from the 1960's when it was located near the pier in Pismo Beach. Now under new ownership, it is at the entrance to Pismo Beach, once again thriving with a larger presence!
Jerry Grantham is still Surfing and building Pismo Beach Surf Shop Surfboards along with JG Surfboards Hawaii, while we bring back this historic surfshop business to Pismo Beach. In 1962 on the south end of Pismo Beach near Addie Street, began Pismo Beach Surf Shop. The First Pismo Beach Surf Shop Surfboard was made here with Ralph "Boots" Miller and Jerry.
In 1964 Jerry, Mike Doyle and Mike Purpus, Jo Jo Perrin are seen in one of the first Pismo Beach Surf Contests.
